Both. Many engagements begin as a project (e.g., a Sprint or content engagement) and evolve into an advisory or retainer relationship once we’ve built momentum.

Pricing depends on scope, but most projects start around $5K–$25K. Retainers typically range from $3K–$6K/month. Overnight projects are flat-rate at $2,500. We work with a few clients at a time to ensure quality and partnership.

We take on a limited number of clients to preserve focus and quality. That means we move quickly once we’re aligned, but availability can vary. If you have a timeline in mind, let’s talk.

We’re not the right partner for clients looking for junior support (“I can just outsource that to Fiverr”), volume content, or hands-off outsourcing. If you prefer templated outputs, expect overnight transformation with zero input, or see strategy as a checkbox—we probably won’t be your people.
